1 Acceptance of Terms

Each natural person is entitled to maintain only one active 777cc account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be permanently forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777cc account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777cc immediately at [email protected]. 777cc will investigate the matter but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

777cc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and periodically during the life of your account, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

• Selfie photograph holding your ID document

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Closure

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777cc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777cc does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Subject to account verification tier; standard accounts have a daily withdrawal ceiling of ৳50,000. VIP accounts may have higher limits assigned at 777cc's discretion.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 777cc account in real time under normal circumstances. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one business day for standard accounts. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from any criminal activity. 777cc is not responsible for any third-party fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Chargebacks or reversal requests raised with a payment provider without first contacting 777cc support will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed the required KYC verification. Funds credited as part of a bonus may not be withdrawn directly — they are subject to applicable wagering requirements as set out in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Only real-money balances net of bonus obligations are eligible for direct withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 777cc offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus remains subject to wagering requirements is not permitted. 777cc reserves the right to cancel a subsequently activated bonus in such circumstances.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

777cc reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the promotion system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or participating in any coordinated bonus exploitation strategy. Any winnings generated through bonus abuse may be forfeited.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 777cc platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 7 Sports Betting Rules

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a specific cash-out feature is available and active for that market. Bets placed on markets that were subsequently determined to have been offered in error (including manifestly incorrect odds) may be voided at 777cc's discretion.

7.1 Event Postponement and Abandonment

If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before its scheduled conclusion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published in the sportsbook help section. As a general rule, if a cricket match does not reach its minimum required number of overs, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key moments in a match (for example, during wicket reviews in cricket). Any bets placed during a suspended market period will be cancelled and stakes returned. The timing of in-play markets is managed by the 777cc sportsbook team and their decisions are final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or data protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
